We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).

2. The short version
- We do not use cookies, tracking, analytics or advertising tools.
- All fonts and images are loaded from our own web server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other third party while you browse this site.
- We only receive personal data when you contact us yourself (e.g. by e-mail or phone).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you open the website, your browser automatically transmits information that the server stores in so-called log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- page or file requested and amount of data transferred
- website from which you were referred (referrer URL)
- browser type and version, operating system
This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (e.g. to detect attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. The data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required for these purposes.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, which ensures that IONOS processes the data only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" and the lock icon in your browser's address bar. Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Contacting us and booking requests
You can contact us by e-mail or phone. The booking form on this website does not send or store any data itself: when you click "Send request", it opens your own e-mail program with a pre-filled message, which you can review and then send to us.
When you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, event date, location and details of your event) in order to handle your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or carry out a booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
If a booking requires it, we pass the necessary details of your event on to the DJ concerned. We delete your data once your request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) require us to keep it longer.
6. Local storage in your browser
If you click "Book" next to a DJ on the Artists page, the name of that DJ is temporarily saved in your browser's session storage so that it can be filled into the booking form. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab. This storage is strictly necessary to provide the function you have requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
7. Links to other websites
This website contains links to external websites, such as our online shop (ncng-shop.com), Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. These are plain links: no content from these services is embedded and no data is transmitted to them while you browse our site. Only when you click a link and open the external website does the respective provider's privacy policy apply.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise your rights, simply contact us at info@say-trading.de.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), www.lfd.niedersachsen.de.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy if the website or the legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
